What is class A,B,C drug groups?
Illegal drugs are divided into 3 groups, class A drugs, class B drugs and class C drugs.
How are the drug divided?
Class A drugs are the most harmful drugs, they attract very serious punishment and very big fines. This includes drugs like cocaine, ecstasy, Heroin and LSD. Class B drugs are more like amphetamines, like speed and cannabis. Class C drugs are more like steroids, class C drugs are still illegal to deal,give away or have.
What's the difference between Possession and Manufacturing?
Manufacturing gets more of a hefty punishment as possession is when you just have any class of drug on you yet manufacturing is where make and deal the drugs to other people. The Misuse of Drugs act of 1975
